Policies!

RETURN POLICY:
Open packages good only for exchange of same design pack returned within 10 days of purchase. No refunds or substitutes of opened materials. YOU MUST CALL US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RNA) prior to returning your item(s). A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns that are NOT for defective items!

Order by Secured Server, FAX or Mail

Free Shipping on all continental U.S. orders of $100.00 or more, else
a flat shipping charge of $4.99 will be applied to the 'Order Total' for all U.S. orders unless higher shipping charges are specified for individual items (i.e, Embroidery machines.. but, this is noted when viewing the item). Then the higher charge for that item will replace the basic shipping charge.

Foreign orders (including Canada)... exact shipping charges to your destination will be charged. Shipped via US Postal Service Express Mail ONLY!

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS at our option. USPS and UPS provide for package tracking on their web sites. At the present time, USPS is our primary carrier.

Sales tax of 8.10% will be charged to Missouri residents only.

To use our Secured Order System, just use our Online Shopping Cart.
For Fax or Mail, print out our blank form, fill it out offline, then fax or mail it with payment
DO NOT attempt to Fax the form using your computer. It will result in a blank form being sent.
For all methods, under special instructions please specify your embroidery machine make and model, (i.e., Pfaff 7570). This will help insure that we ship the right product for your machine.

After your order is received the following procedure will take place:

your order will be reviewed and any discounts, shipping charges (Missouri residents sales tax) will be applied
orders outside the US must be paid via credit card to ease currency exchange. Credit cards accepted are MasterCard and Visa
Unless specified differently, we will not charge your credit card until the order is shipped. Money orders also accepted for mail orders. No cash or personal checks
you will be sent an order invoice with the tracking number indicated. The order invoice will be an Adobe Acrobat document (PDF format). You will need the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe Systems.
You can then logon to the appropriate web sites to track your order shipment.
